What We Do
Consult
With expertise in color theory, conceptual design, and strategic space planning, Lanza Design thrives within the project management and consultation process. Our team are experts at curating color concepts and schemes that meet your facility's requirements for function, comfort, durability, and serviceability.
Create
Whether the job is new construction or a remodeling project, our design team collaborates with the architect and owners to bring you a beautiful space that your guests and staff will love. We also provide design visuals including loose samples, electronic presentations of concepts, and possible furniture solutions.
Coordinate
Lanza Design will be integral to the administrative planning process and take the coordination pressure off of you. Our team works with the architect to manage the project – including RFI reviews, submittal approvals, site visits as required, re-selections as necessary, and sign-offs on completed work.
